Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your carbon product, but we get that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail or to our office within 14 days for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unused and include all parts and accessories.)
Once your return is received, it could take up to 5-7 days for it to be processed.
